I love having this Postpartum Prep Guide as a resource. Over the last 3 years, I had 2 babies, and I have made the Lactation Bites about 50 times, and the Chicken Enchilada Bake at least a dozen times. These are also go-to recipes I make for other new moms.
I love that the recipes are delicious and that they support my recovery. The guide helps to keep me organized and gives me a game plan for how to prepare foods in advance so I don't have to think about cooking every day! I'm surprised by how easy this all is. I was able to batch cook and stock my freezer. It's not an all or nothing meal plan, but I have great meals and ideas and options at the ready. My husband even looks forward to the casseroles, and the whole family (with a 2 year old and 5 year old) enjoys these meals together.
